“The Xchange” is a registered technology company with a regulatory license to develop, deploy and host digital assets including Art, Music, Movies, Property, etc. As a multi-asset exchange, it provides access to alternative investment assets powering our innovative split economy model for users to buy, sell and trade fractions (splits) of these securities (assets). The company is currently in incubation undergoing regulatory certification and licensing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to list and trade digital assets.
